Why are “SOLD” items still shown?

Although all of my pieces are uniquely hand-crafted, if you are interested in an item that has SOLD, I may be able to fashion a similar piece as a special order for you.

SPECIAL ORDERS

If an item has sold, but you wish to purchase it as a “special order”, I will be happy to create a similar piece for you.   A “special order” item will not be identical to the original as each of my pieces are uniquely hand-crafted.   I can consult with you by phone or email in the creation of any special order.

PAYMENTS

We accept all major credit cards and other payments through Paypal.   You DO NOT need a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card.  On the final secure checkout page, simply click pay with debit or credit card or check out as guest.

FREE SHIPPING

All orders ship free within the United States.  Orders will be shipped via FEDEX, UPS, or USPS First Class or Priority Mail with tracking.

International orders will be charged for shipping/handling.  Wall art is not available for international shipment at this time.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are shipped to the address on your debit or credit card processing account.  If necessary, please update your account’s shipping address for accuracy to avoid any confusion.

EASY RETURNS

I offer a 100% guarantee on my jewelry and works of art, and take pride in making pieces that are unique and functional. If you are not satisfied with a piece for any reason, please return it for full refund, exchange or credit within fifteen days.  Issued credits will never expire and may be applied to a future purchase.

To initiate a return, please email firoozeh@firoozehinc.com, and let us know if you’d like an exchange, refund, or store credit. Please return the jewelry in its original gift box, and please use a protective padded mailer or small box for shipping.

Firoozeh. Inc is not responsible for returned jewelry that is damaged or lost in transit; we strongly recommend adding a tracking number and/or insurance to your return package. Please note that return shipping costs are not refundable.  We will notify you via email once your return has been recieved.

We are unable to offer cash refunds for “special orders” because the piece has been made specifically for you.  “Special orders” may be eligible for exchange or store credit, depending on the uniqueness of the item.

FREE REPAIRS

You may also return jewelry for repair at any time.  In most cases, I repair free of charge.  A charge may apply if a repair is needed due to negligence.
